Insulators
The warranty period of operation is 5 years from the date of commissioning, but not more than seven years from the date of shipment to the consumer. During the warranty period, the manufacturer carries out free replacement of insulators, both destroyed (damaged) and externally serviceable, for which violation of the technical specifications 27.90.12-001-73959456-2019 requirements has been established (including using non-destructive testing methods of insulators during installation and operation).Metal structures
The warranty period of operation is determined by the technical specifications according to which they are manufactured.Important:
The warranty does not apply to products operated not in accordance with the operating instructions, as well as those subjected to modernization without the written consent of the manufacturer, namely:- making changes to the product design;
- mechanical modification of the product;
- thermal modification of the product;
